So we have been asked if we want to go to the Waterbabies underwater photo shoot.
I am wondering if it is worth it????

We did it when my DS was 8 months old, got some amazing pics but it was stupidly expensive. It was £30ish for the place on the shoot and then it was like £130 for a disc of the pics or about £40 per printed pic it was crazy prices, you do feel like you have to buy them all as well or would feel guilty  we bought the disc even though we couldn't really afford it, then we got them printed on snapfish as it worked out cheaper. Glad we have the pics but haven't bothered having another shoot since

We had one shoot too and pics are absolutley amazing. Ridiculously expensive but as it's a one off we were prepared to pay for it. Wouldn't have another one until another baby comes along x

def. def. def!!!

I might even sign Isaac up for this waterbabies JUST to buy the pics!

Yep we have one too - def. worthwhile - I wanted a pic of Ethan as he was so young. We have our large-ish piccy but not framed (as it's the same amount again for framed) and then got a smaller one printed from it and we haven't ever put the big one in a frame... so I think all in all I wish we'd have gone for a smaller one and framed :)

I'm definitely going to get them done...yeah it is really expensive but it's such an amazing thing to have and it's not like you can just take them yourself...I was going to get a regular photoshoot done but in the end decided to save my money for the Waterbabies one, my dad's done some gorgeous pics of LO anyway :)

it's a TOTAL total total EVIL rip off and I hope waterbabies suffer super bad karma because of it but I'm getting them done this time.

missed out last time but kinda glad I did as I think she's getting cuter and will probably only get them done once.

But waterbabies are evil as they take advantage of parents and overcharge beyond belief. Hope they get shin splints.

Definitly worth it x We didnt have ours done with waterbabies so cant comment on the prices but ours was £25 for the shoot & 1 5x7 photo which I didnt think was too bad really x

I would definitely go for it, I don't think it's that expensive if you go for a smaller size pic and get it framed yourself. I love our photo so much, we had nine to choose from and there was a couple that we could have gone for, but another girl in my group didn't get a photo that she liked at all so she was very disappointed. Over here they don't give you the image file though even if you buy the picture - I thought that was a bit mean to be honest. But I scanned it into the computer myself anyway.

I was planning on buying the small, scanning and then doing as I wish too!! It is very cheeky that they don't give you the image file.
