Ways to announce gender to family?

We get to find out gender in 6 days! (Not that I'm counting!) any ideas on how to personally tell grandma to be and great grandma to be? We're going to personally visit them after the scan! I'm just so darn excited!!

Exactly what I did, but with a pink sleeper. I wanted one that said "I love Grandma" on it but it was much pricier. My mom and my bf's mom LOVED it though. So much more fun than just telling them verbally like my bf wanted to do
