Ways to increase fertile CM?

I am using pre-seed and taking a slurry of supps.

Chasteberry
Licorice root
Guafenisin
Evening Primrose oil
Vitamin C
Baby Aspirin

Also, I have upped my intake of lean meats and fish to boost L-arginine. I've started eating more probiotic yogurt, and switched from coffee to green tea. Finally, I've increased my garlic.

And: my cm has improved

What are your favorite ways to improve/increase fertile CM?

Actually, you and I are talking about the same thing 600 mg (milligrams) of Guefenisen is 3 teaspoons (7.5 ml) of the extra strength guefenisen.

This is the dosage I'm seeing everywhere (3 teaspoons of the extra strength or 6 of the regular strength) per day.
