well for the girl nmae we both like rayne. yes its spelled that way on purpose(: but for s boy he wants to name ithe baby ron....i dont really like it but thats his dads name and his dad died when he was really young....he really loves his dad but i like the name josephe...little baby jo.....but i do respect why he chose the name. wat should i do?

Ron could be short for Aaron if you both liked it? or Aaron Joseph.
I love your girls choice :)

What about a compromise and suggest Ron as a middle name? It is difficult keeping everyone happy when you're naming a baby. All me and oh have done so far is argue lol

You really should agree on a name and dont think you should have a name you dont like. The above ideas are good.

Have ron as a nickname :) just need a find a name it can be shortned from now :)

Ronan?

Ronan?

Good idea (Ronan), then his dads name is in it . I do think that Ronnie is a great name tho. That said you shouldnt be pushed into naming your l/o a name that you dont like, my mil kept trying to get me to name our last baby after her, no offence but i dont really like her name (Toni) not for a girl anyway :nope::nope:.

I knew one Ronnie and he was real cute too, and i have never met another!

I think Ronnie would be a good compromise if you like it. I like Ronan too :)

x

Ronnie Joseph has a really nice ring to it :D

It's a nice tribute to name the baby after OH's father but you both have to love the name, feel happy about it... and/or come to a compromise. Using Ron as a middle name is still a great honor! I agree with some other suggestions: Joseph Ronald, Ronan Joseph, Aaron Joseph

How about Cameron Joseph -- still has "Ron" in it??
