Wear anything special for IUI?

Does anyone wear anything special to your appt? If so, does anyone comment on it?

Nope not me .... I generally have to leave work and come back to work so I'm in my dress clothes for the office so nothing special or superstitious for me

Nope nothing special... i walk in, and the lady goes... "room 2, remove your bottoms, gowns behind the door", and then you just lie and wait for the Doc. He leaves after IUI, leaving you to rest for 10 minutes...and then you just get up and leave. No-one even notices what you wear.

I have read lots of posts around here mention orange as a color of fertility. Lots of women have worn orange undies or orange socks. It can't hurt right?

There's a website called cafepress that has interesting shirts. Eggs, baby dust, all kind of IUI and IVF wear. It's kind of a big deal for me because it is the making of a baby. I will eat an ice cream milkshake (someone at my RE's office did that and she got pregnant with her first IUI.. so I told her I am doing to do that..! The shirts on cafe press are a little expensive so I might skip that since I'm putting so much $$ into this.. you gals can relate! But there is a cute pair of panties with a carebear that say today is my lucky day or something with luck on ebay! I might buy them, I know you have to take them off, but you have to put them on again in 10 min.. so.... And during my first 3 days of my 2ww I'm buying a full pineapple because they say there's something in there that helps with implantation!!!

Ok, totally kidding! I typically wear a pair of pants with a normal every day shirt.

But now that someone mention orange ... shoot, I will go in with orange everywhere. Need to find some orange boxers for the hubby so he can wear them for his deposit!
