wedding help plz

so my niece is getting married in march, its a big thing so have to dress up. have no idea what to wear, would kinda like to wear 50's style iykwim. its not a fancy dress but i do like the style of the 50's. nothing short i dont have the legs or knees lol. anyone have any ideas? i dont want the huge petticoat dresses more like mad men but im kinda thinking that that style might not be dressy enough.

also on a budget unless i win the lotto and then i will buy designer or have a designer make me one lol
