Weight Gain - Is this right??

Nearly 30 weeks and I've gained 20 pounds. I had hyperemesis for 4 months and lost 10 pounds, so I've technically only gained 10. However I am a size 18 and a heifer at 5'6 tall so I look frickin huge. I feel fine though and try to eat 3 square meals plus the odd snack a day and get some exercise so I hope there won't be too much more piling on.
