So i dont know if im posting in the right part of the site or not but I really need some help.

I'm due on July 25, and extremely excited.:happydance: And before I got pregnant i wasnt happy about my weight and really wanted to lose weight. Now in my 13th week on pregnancy I have lost a total of 20 pounds. 3 pounds of which where in the last week. and now Im not sure if my teddy bear is getting enough food and nutrients. I also have crohns& ibs which makes whatever I eat go through me fast. I havent had morning sickness in about two weeks but my appetite hasnt come back at all. I used to eat all the time but sometimes now I dont barley get 1000 calories in a day. Plus Im sleeping about 11 hours a day.
I really need to know if this is "normal" for some people or if its something I should be worried about. This is our first child and I have no idea what to except or whats "normal". My mother never had anything but super easy pregnancies, so she didnt help much.

I'd say it's pretty normal, I'm 27 weeks and I have no appetite.. usually I can go the whole day without eating because I'm just not hungry but when I feel my son kick, I realize I should try put some food down me.
He is perfectly healthy as far as I know from ultrasounds, just weighing a little on the small side but not too badly. That's from my genetics though I'd say.
As long as you remember to try eat a piece of fruit, some veggies, piece of toast.. whatever really, there shouldn't be any problems. :3

Thank you!! That puts my mind a bit more at rest. I was told to ask my doctor about it but the problem with askin her is that she only works two days a week so I only get to talk to her when I have an appointment. I'm hoping to
Meet my baby doctor soon, so I can ask more questions. Believe me I have a lot.

Try and take some pregnancy vitamins/iron supplements, just in case your appetite doesn't return. Also, try and have protein-rich foods, e.g. bananas, brown toast, etc., I lost alot of weight pre-pregnancy and was paranoid about gaining too much, so if you could try and have six healthy snacks a day, that might make you feel more confident, not too full, etc.

best wishes
