weight watchers??

    Right need your advice girls,

    im quite a big girl size 18 to be exact but i really am trying to watch what i eat as i really dont want to much and body fat on just baby weight, im just wondering if i can still eat weight water foods?? ive ate the yoghurts as i really like them but im jus worried about not givin the baby enough, im really confused tbf.

    are any of you eating weight watchers food or following there receipes?

    I attend Scottish slimmers, and prior to me getting pregnant, i had lost 5stone and was only 1 1/2 stone from my target weight lol

    But i spoke to my slimming class teacher and i can still follow the healthy daily eating plan, but i have to add more calories to my daily allowance, so i am sure there will not be a problem, just check with your midwifethat they are happy for you to continue that , thats was i done

    Hi hun. I did WW before getting my BFP and lost 15lb but its a HUGE no no whilst pregnant. You can still eat the meals and yoghurts etc but you must have other foods with more fats, vitamins, salt etc in as well to balance out what baby needs plus fruit, veg and water. my advice is forget WW, its hard to but its not worth it whilst youre pg. Slimming World, you can do apparently but Ive just got on with it and eaten normally and had what Ive wanted so far. Ill worry about WW afterwards :)

    my face looks slim but my bodyu aint haha but i have been told by a friend that she thinks i have lost weight i dunno how ive eaten like a pig haha but thanks babe xx

    Yes you can still eat ww brands, the only reason you're not allowed to follow the plan when pregnant is because you and baby will not be getting enough calories following the points system on its own.
