Weird discharge after sex?????

I posted something similar a few days ago, but got no response, so thought i would try again today as i am still none thw wiser.

Just lately after sex i have a strange kind of discharge....which is always green & really thick (sorry tmi). I was wondering if anyone else has this?? Is it part of my plug or something??? I've been tested for UTI's and everything so its not that, i just cant think wot it is.

Please help, its puttin me off DTD

Could be thrush.. Go to docs for a swab.. If it is he can prescribe you a pessery and some cream

I cant really help but it does sound like ur plug - but ur better getting it checked out. Is it itchy or anything? or smelly if it is i would think infection but unsure.. Hope u get better soon x

the only discharge ive heard of be green in BV. if its more yellowy then it could be thrush

Nope its not itchy or smelly or anythin really dont think its thrush because its not like anythin i've ever had before. Thought it could've been plug because I've seen other posts frm people on here sayin about plugs bein green and sayin its like the baby has sneezed but i'm clueless as this is my first pregnancy

i didnt know i had thrush, all i had was a yellowy discharge but i had it ages and it came back i had it. ive had thrush before and KNEW i had it before, this tim ei had no clue, so i dont think you need itching or anything. i thought mine was plug but it didnt turn out to be x

I have no idea either hun! .. but can understand why you felt you had to ask!
i'd ring your midwife.. i don't think it sounds like thrush ? and if you're all clean down there then that's not the problem either.. plug? maybe you're right!
i'd ask to be sure hun xxx
