I got up yesterday morning and noticed i was shaking a little, this morning i was still shaking on the outside a little but i feel like im shaking from the inside, if that makes any sense!! Its like when you have been really upset and you get that shaky feeling throughout your whole body!!
Sorry, its hard to explain but i think anyone who is having the same thing will know what i mean!!
Anyone any idea what it could be?!
Its a strange feeling!!

Forgot to add that my heart is beating really really fast and im a little breathless!
xxxxx

Anybody?? Booooo read and runners!!:nope:
xx

your heart is beating faster now with little one growing at a crazy rate!
As for shaking make sure you are doing your best to eat well so your blood sugar levels arent dropping too low.
If it is something you dont think is right get a doctors appointment and tell them. maybe your bp is high.
i hope you start feeling better soon.

Thankyou hun!! Im eating what i can but i have terrible morning sickness so im struggling at the min and im not eating or drinking as much as i should, im really trying though!! Ive rang the mw and she is going to see me tomorrow morning at 10am, she said that there may be a chance ill have to go into hospital for a couple of days and be placed on a drip, she'll know more tomorrow!!
Fingers crossed its just my hormones!!
xxxxxx

Oh hun, thats scary for you but you will be in the right place to make sure you are ok.
I hope you'll be ok.
Please keep us updated when you get the chance.
:hugs:

i think it's ur blood pressure. it's too low and it's very normal to feel shaky and possibly cold . but check it out with docs

I had a couple of wobbly days were I could feel my heart beating faster and I felt shakey on and off. My sister had a similar thing when she was pregnant and it was just put down to hormones, naturally increased heart rate and not eating / drinking regularly enough. I know that I have not been drinking enough water so I have been trying to drink more for the last few days and it seems to have improved things.

Thankyou so much ladies! Gretaa, yeah i am cold come to think of it, i live in Tenerife and im laid on the couch with a throw over me!! Its my first baby and i have no idea what is normal and id be lost without you lovely ladies on here giving me advice, youre all fab!!
Ill let you know how i get on tomorrow, i dont want to go into hospital but if thats what i have to do to keep my baby safe id walk over hot coals to get there!!
Thankyou again!!
xxxxx

Ive got a 2 litre bottle of water next to me and im determined to drink the lot by the end of the day!! Thankyou so much for your reply, im hoping it is just hormones!! Gosh, its scary being pregnant!!

So sorry to hear that hun :( I hope you feel better soon :hugs:

probably your blood pressure hun. i get this ocasionally, and when i had my MW appointment last week she took my blood pressure and it was only 80/50...

she wasnt too concerned as apparently this is common in pregnancy, but it can cause light headed feelings, and feeling cold and shakey... MW told me all i can do is eat little and often, stay hydrated and dont stand up too quickly- like when you first wake up in the morning,as it can cause dizzyness.

also if you can when you feel shakey have a lie down, on your left side cos thats the side that is best for blood getting around your body.

as for the morning sickness, have you tried rich tea biscuits? these really helped me when i was feeling nauseaus.. although its hard for me to give much advice on this as ive only had nausea not actual sickness.
Hope your ok though try not to worry too much as u'll only feel worse, try to rest as much as possible when you feel shakey,i know it is scary as i have had this a few times.

:hugs:

iv had that fe times on and of also plus dizzy, iv got low blood pressure and was told to drink more water hope you feel better soon and let us no how you get on :hugs:

i also have low blood pressure and have been feeling dizzy, lightheaded and shaky also.

mw said to get up easy n not rush about etc.

Thankyou so much for all of your replies and your support!! I had an appointment with the midwife this morning, she had the results of my 1st tri bloods and it turns out im anemic, so shes given me some iron drinks, absolutely disgusting they are, really, really not helping my morning sickness, so hopefully i should feel better in a few days!!
Thankyou again ladies!!
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
