Weird feeling

Currenly cd19 with cycles ranging from 28-40 days so don't really know when I'm due on, for last 2 days I've had this feeling in my tummy muscles when I laugh or move or cough like I've pulled a muscle..really hurts. Was wondering if this is a sign of ovulation or nothing at all
