Hi I have been concernd alright worrying bout something my mate said I been put on a low dose of ozlanzapine which is a antipsychotic, any way my friend told me the day she heard I got a positive ( 9months of trying) that they can cause false positives I have searched and can't find this to be the case with all,
I tested Sunday week today it was negative then on Wednesday just out of curiosity I tested again with a digital and it was positive any way I don't feel sick a little tierd I can't speak or see my own dr( but crazy like that has to be my gp) as she on hols til end of next week and I am worried my head will turn it in to so e thing it's not
Anybody anywhere had experience with antiphyscotics

P.s tested again with clear blue plus and a digital both positive digital saying preg 1-2 was which if I were would be right, I am trying to reasons pyschotics are clever but not that clever right?????

i never heard this and on not that but meds myself and in this feild....

i would say congrats...any meds that would turn any test pos would have to have hcg and i doubt anti psychotics do that or make u produce it

Meds don't cause false positive preg tests, unless they were some kind of fertility med. The tests detects Hcg, so I wouldn't worry about it. Get in to see your DR as soon as you can though to discuss the safety of your medication during pregnancy.
