Weird pain!! Help please!!

Hi ladies. I've been having this stabbing pain around my left ovary since last night. Today the area feels quite tender. I just finished an odd af visit a couple days ago. It lasted only 3 days (month before was more like 7) with the first day being extremely heavy and the other 2 days quite light. I'm considering going to the doctor tomorrow if its still there.
Anyone experience something like this? Could it be a cyst?
Any thoughts or advice is much appreciated.

Hi there, I didn't want to read and run and I wish I could help but I'm kind of unsure. I'd go to the doctor if this isn't normal for you; can't hurt, you know? Hope everything is fine though.

Sounds like a cyst. I have PCOS and I get them a lot. You could make an app with it Gyn to diagnos a cyst.. Or you could wait it out..

Thank u so much for the responses. I'm a lil paranoid TBH. I have a dr appt next week on Tues so I would rather wait it out till then, but if it's worse tomorrow I may just go see someone.
Also thinking of taking one of my cheapie HPT's in the morning... just to rule out an ectopic.
It's quite painful!! Never had this before.

Preg test - BFN. Phew!
Had a dream it was positive then when I woke up my temp was 98 so I started to get really nervous. Still in pain but I'm guessing it's a cyst.

Does anyone know if this will mess up my cycle this month? Will I still ovulate and such?

With my cysts after they pop I usually am able to get af and then ovulate. That I the only time I ovulate actually is when they pop and I get af.

Otherwise I can get a million cysts they never pop so I never get af and I go months with no ovulation until thu finally pop and I get af an I finally ovulate again.

Cyst are very normal unless you get them a lot and you don't have af for long periods of time. Yours sounds normal you are getting af so I am very hopeful for you. I think you will have no problems with ovulation next month. Good luck I hope you get what you desire

Hey there....wat cycle day or dpo are you? i'm 6dpo and having pains too like u describe!

I'm only CD7... Maybe you're having implantation pains? I've never had that either so I'm not sure how it compares. GL!

By all means check out my chart! I love to hear other ppl's thoughts on it. I always look at other people's too.
Yesterday it was 98 (quite high for pre O), but today it's back down to 97.5.
Pain has subsided quite a bit. Think I'm on the mend. I'll still mention it next week to the dr.
