if i ovulated.. im 12dpo.. 7dpo slight pink flow and cramps, 8dpo red flow, 9dpo red and brown, 10 and 11 spotting red and cramps, today is cramps!! sometimes very intense but no bleeding.

I assume you've tested with a frer and it was negative?
