We're Bored and Can't Go Out to Play...Suggestions for Indoor Activities?

DS will be 11 months tomorrow...he is walking now and can no longer be contained by his 'sit-in' walker. Since he's way more mobile now I want to pry myself away from BnB and go interact and play with my child, hehe.

What kinds of things can we do? Especially on rainy/crap/overcast days like today?

Get the pots and pans out on the floor, use dry pasta etc

go have water play in the bath

get the paints out if u have any and let him explore

have fun x

Ooo and make a tent under the table with sheets and get in with him to read and sing

What about finger painting or potato painting? Maybe make Gloop (messy but fun) it's just cornflour and water but Charlie loves squeezing it in between his fingers I build a den as well out of chairs and a sheet and just sit inside and play and sing songs etc. If all else fails I put CBeebies on youtube

We may have to text Daddy to bring home paints...that sounds like fun!
