Hi ladies!!
So after a few weeks of feeling super queasy and nauseaus I finally got my strength back and decided to get back to the gym...
I started with some cardio in the elliptical and a simple weight lifting routine (meaning like 5 to 10 pund dumbells) trying to avoid any effort made with my abs...
What are you doing to keep fit during pregnancy???
