So I did opks this month and got my positive on CD17. My hubby and I BD on CD16 but of course we couldn't on CD17 when I ovulated due to his work schedule. I did another opk this morning and the test line is slowing starting to fade, but we plan on BDing this evening when he gets home. What I am asking is do I still have a decent chance of becoming pregnant if we BDed the day before my positive opk and skipped the day of ovulation but then BD the day after ovulation? I would appreciated any and all responses. Thanks ladies!

You definitely have a chance as sperm can live up to 3-5 days!

I'd say just keep your fingers crossed as you normally O around 12-24 Hours after a positive OPK. So even when you bd'd the day afterwards you still might have a chance!

i think you still have a chance.

like the person above said sperm can live up to 5 days inside the womans body so there is defiently a chance. ive read some crazy stories of people concieving a baby from having sex 6-8 days before ovualtion. talk about super sperm!!:haha: goodluck! :flower:

Thanks ladies! Trying to stay positive.
