What are my options?? Large cysts on both ovaries

We have been Ttc for > 3 years. I have had 2 m/c . 1 while on clomid and 1 while on femara. I was hoping to start clomid again today as I am cd3 but when I went for my ultra sound I had 2 large cysts. One on each ovary. (Each >25) I'm currently waiting for dr to call and give me instructions. I feel he won't start me on clomid (and ovidrel) b/cof hyper stimulating my ovaries. The nurse told me not robe surprised if they want to start me on birth control. What question should I ask??? Any advice?? Thanks!!!

Ps this would have been the first time using ovidrel.
