what are people using to regulate cycles

currently on cd 60 something spent last week gearing up to ovulate but think it failed as I never got a positive opk just nearly positive.

So what I really want to know is what people are doing/using to help bring on ovulation/regulate cycles.

It's just something I am going to have to consider but I would like to know more about things I could try.

I am currently on CD67. I have tried vitex and it didnt work. I have yesterday finished a 10 day course of norethisterone, to bring on AF.. I am patiently awaiting the arrival of AF. Should take between 2 - 14 days for AF to arrive.

I am due to take clomid on CD 4, if and when it arrives!
