What are your odds of going into labor today?!

So, I found this site where you enter your due date and it generates a table that tells you your odds of going into labor on or by a given day! It's pretty neat. Of course these numbers are based on mathematical averages, therefore we shouldn't put too much stock in 'em!

I'm kind of a huge nerd, so I find this pretty fascinating. Can't wait to show my hubby when he gets home from work this evening...he's into stats/graphs too. Wow, we're just a bunch of freakin' nerds aren't we!

There's a 1.94% chance I'll spontaneously go into labor today. I should text my hubby with that tidbit of information and see if he freaks out!

sorry but i think that site is awful lol .. told me i have a 50% chance of labour on my due date, but a 98% on november 20th!! ... well not being funny but you cant go 14 days over your due date ... so i defo 110% would of had baby by 2nd November!!!! *just saying*

lol! I'm pretty sure it's saying there's a 98% chance that you would have already gone into labor by November 20th not on November 20th. The chance of going into labor would never be that high on a particular day...although I wish it were, so I could plan everything!

Yeah....I don't think you are reading it right. Nov 20th shouldn't even be on the chart if you put in Oct 18th...

That's scared me! There is a 0.04% chance I could give birth on 24th Nov - that's a whole month away!!! OK so the odds are pretty low but can you imagine being a month overdue!!
