what can i take

i've had a pounding head since yesterday and a sore throat, my head is hurting so bad, is there anything i can take? are paracetamol ok?

paracetamol is fine hun, just not asprin xx GWS

get one of those 4head sticks. i've been getting hideous headaches for weeks and it really helps. and you can use it as much as you want and with paracetamol x

paracetamol are safe have to take them for my hips :/ x
