What can you hear on your doppler?

Hey ladies.

I've been listening to LO every now an again on my doppler since 12 weeks. Managed to find the heartbeat every time, and it's getting easier, but i'm not sure what else i'm hearing? I've got an anterior placenta so only feeling bits of movement and it would be lovely to listen in occasionally!

What else are you hearing on dopplers?

whooshing noices which are the placenta and baby moving

I'm definitely getting the whooshes, not sure about the movement though!!

You will know when it is movement, it sounds like loud pops and/or bangs.

aswell as the heartbeat i get a whooshing sound which is the placenta, and some strange sounds which i can only descibe as a retro arcade game which i'm assuming are kicks and movement!

I hear movements too and I think the placenta and echos of my own heartbeat on each side of my pelvis?
