What could this be??

I had my baby girl sleeping on the 24.05.2019.
Then then had a period which lasted 4 days from the 19th june
The last 2 days ov been passing this about twice a day..
I had a slight Sharpe twinge on the left side last night..
Could this just be ovulation..
We have been sexually active from about 4 days after having her and I'm not on contraception..
Any advice would be great...

I’m so sorry for your loss, firstly.
It could be ovulation, but I don’t have any firsthand experience with ovulation spotting. Could be IB?
My first couple of PP ‘cycles’ were incredibly wonky! The first lasted four days, then I had another four day period two weeks later, then another period having confirmed ovulation temping but only a 10 day LP. It can take a while for things to go back to how they were previously
