my hair has always been wild colors.. and i have recently just gone blonde BLONDE for good reason... once i find out the sex of the baby in early november im dying it either pink or blue! 1- just for fun 2- so ppl dont say "what sex is your baby again???" hehe :D

Wondering what u guys r doing thats creative to annouce ur LO's sex to everyone???

WOW! That is the coolest idea I have ever heard. So much fun!

We're keeping our baby's sex a secret from everyone...so nothing creative here.

I bought a cake that said "It's a girl!" with pink and brown frosting. It was a fun way to tell my co-workers. It is a small office, so we're a pretty close group. And the cake was delicious!

It'll probably be no more creative than "It's a boy/girl!!!!!!" lol. The only colour I'm dying my hair after baby is born will be either brown or black (haven't decided yet), as I've noticed alot of silver hairs lately lol... Sucks, I'm only 22 XD

lol me too, and i've found a few silvers as well :/ I just turned 22 in Feb

We bought a pink t-shirt on our way home from 20 week scan and we handed my mum the bag when we got to her house. She screamed and jumped on my OH as soon as she seen the colour! Lol x

we bought a blue baby vest and made our family open the bag :D it was cute

Haha, I'll be 23 in December... But still, I'm not ready to go grey yet! Lol

Although to be fair, with all the fighting and arguing going on in our family at the moment I'm surprised I'm not completely grey haha.

Oooh, love the hair dying idea! We're not going to be telling anyone so don't have to worry about how to tell them - just how not to let it slip!!

another one i have heard about and really wish i did was make a cake and add pink/blue colouring to it and cover with icing and let whom ever cut into it :)

Nothing very exciting. DH and Brady are in NZ at the moment, and we found out the day before they went. They told all our family when they got there. He showed them scan pics and then said 'So Brady are you going to have a brother or a sister?' and he said sister. MIL cried apparently lol

We find out today! in just a few hours. We plan to bake a cake and color it either blue or pink depending... Then ice it in chocolate icing so the family dosnt know until they cut the cake! Announcement dinner tommorrow night!

My brother's birthday is the day of our scan so we're giving him a present specifically from the baby and are going to sign it "to Uncle Steve, happy birthday, lots of love your niece/nephew".

With my parents, I was thinking of putting a sign across my bump that says either "may contain traces of nuts" or "nutfree" :haha: x

I am not telling =P Let them see for themselves, as will I!!!

I just saw a brill one, lady havin a baby shower is gonna decorate the cake to anounce the sex! I dont no if were gonna find out as hubby wants to but i dont so dunno!

OP - Your hair idea seems awesome! When we announced the baby to OH's mom and sister (they requested to be surprised in some way lol) I got some custom M&M's made that were blue and silver and said 'It's a BOY!' on some of them. :)

We find out on October 27th and the whole family always comes over for Halloween so I will be baking a cake, covering it with white frosting and putting a big question mark on the top. We will have my mom cut into the cake and it will be blue for a boy or pink for a girl. Can't wait!!

I did this. But before anyone even cut the cake, they were looking at the ultrasound pictures and I said something about "her" finger being in the air. FML.
