what day is 1dpo?

silly questions regarding trigger and supplements. I know you do the trigger before O so lets say I triggered Monday and Od Wedesday, Normally after O ( no trigger) id start aspirin or throw in some pineapple core. How do you calculate what day? do i do it 1dpo ( thursday) or is that called 4dpt1dpo or do i start Tuesday 1dpt? Or does it really matter what its called as long as i do it like i have been?

To simplify: do i start those things after O or day after trigger?

I don't think that it matters when you start the aspirin and pineapple. If you Oed Wed, then I would agree that Thurs would be 1 dpo.
