What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

I think I had a very unhealthy day! Oops
Breakfast: multigrain bagel with veggie cream cheese and orange juice
Lunch: Oatmeal with banana, cinnamon, and brown sugar
Snack: Chips and salsa
Dinner: Cheeseburger with french fries

Nah you didn't have an unhealthy day, you just had an unhealthy dinner ;) Nothing to beat yourself up about though. Everyone deserves a splurge now and again, IMO.

Pre-workout snack
Peanut butter granola bar

Breakfast
English muffin
Scrambled egg whites with colby jack cheese

Morning snack
Two mandarin oranges

Lunch
Yogurt with Cheerios
Peanut butter toast

Afternoon snack
Large banana

Dinner
Veggie egg rolls
Brown rice

Dessert
Apple slices with Nutella
 
I haven't posted all week cause I've been eating terribly. (I do keep a personal food journal just to make sure that I get enough calories...)

Today...

2 slices toast with cream cheese
4 Tbsp uncooked pastina (tiny star shaped pasta)
bowl of couscous with tomato vegetable soup (with beans)

3/4 bag of microwave popcorn
1 clementine
(a lot of) holiday sugar cookies (I was baking - so you know had to do quality control... ;) )

2 cups seltzer/cranberry juice
3/4 liter water
 
I've had...

Breakfast
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 12oz glass of whole fat milk

Lunch
3 celery stalks, sliced, spread with peanut butter
1 handful of carrot sticks
2 thin slices of swiss cheese

That's it so far, aside from five 12oz glasses of water. My appetite has been pretty wonky the past week or two. I haven't felt sick, just haven't felt very hungry. I usually forego snacks because of it, but hubby makes me awesome, healthy dinners when he gets home from work. Last night it was a green bean and avocado salad with feta cheese and grilled chicken. Yum!

Haha I love it! Replace "fudge" with "Christmas cookies" and you've got the story of my life lately. I just can't stop. I've not been so good today:

Breakfaast - low-fat yogurt with blackberries and granola

AM Snack - Kashi bar

Lunch - two steak tacos, tortilla chips and cheese

PM Snack - mini red velvet whoopie pie (Starbucks)

Dinner - pending... I'm thinking whole wheat pasta with red sauce and veggies
 
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled, toast, Canadian bacon and glass of OJ
Lunch: Oatmeal with banana
Dinner: Pending.... but going to make Shrimp Scampi. with asparagus on whole wheat linguini :)
 
Today was a bad day for me...it was Christmas potluck day at work!

Breakfast was a healthy 2 scrambled eggs sprinkled with about a tbsp of pepper jack cheese and a small glass of skim milk

And then I got to work and proceeded to eat spring rolls, pakora, egg salad sandwiches, spiced nuts, pulled pork sandwiches, cheese and crackers, a variety of dips, cookies and pecan tart squares :dohh:
 
My appetite has been in overdrive the past couple days, but I've been trying to keep things as healthy as I can (though I did start my day with pie, lol :wacko:)

Morning Snack
Low-fat mozzarella cheese stick

Lunch
Spinach and tomato curry with chicken
Jasmine rice
Naan

Breakfast - lowfat vanilla yogurt, granola and blackberries

Lunch - salad with romaine lettuce, grapes, pistachios, cheese and vinagrette dressing, wheat roll, cup of tomato soup, half a brownie

Snack - peanuts

Dinner - two tacos with ground beef, lettuce, salsa and cheese

Dessert - two home made fig Christmas cookies
 
I'm the worst pregnant eater EVER! I have had a yogurt drink, gobstoppers, pizza pockets and fries today.... Bad bad bad bad day!!!! I'm not usually this bad but today was a bit of a wacky day.

I am usually so bad about what I eat, but yesterday I had a very well-rounded day, so I had to share it!

Breakfast:
Vanilla-flavored greek yogurt
nescafe with peppermint mocha flavoring

snack:
lebanese cheese flatbread

lunch:
beef kafta with veggies in pita

afternoon snack:
chips & guacamole, black beans

dinner:
mixed greens salad with avocado and walnuts
baked asparagus
baked red potatoes
baked salmon
fruit salad
zucchini bread

late-night snack:
chocolate and peanut butter ice cream (that's my hubby's fault!)
 
I had two crumpets and a banana for breakfast, then a frusili bar, then some tomato & chicken pasta at lunch and as soon as i clock out of work i'm heading home to spicy bean burgers and mash... yum :D
 
Ok, I thought I'd jump on board here because I need to be accountable to someone!! (and it helps that I don't know a single one of you personally =))

I'm not going to lie, I'm nervous to post!

I'll start out by saying that I've got an eating disorder. I'm trying to get through it/over it through the pregnancy, but the Thanksgiving/Christmas feasts have not helped me much.. (my bulimia has been terrible the last few weeks) so hopefully this thread will help me!?!?! I'm desperate for some help (and yes, I'm talking to doctors, therapists, etc, etc..)

So, for today.

Woke up and ate three cookies and a bite of pie. Then threw it up. So, not sure if I should count those calories??

Breakfast:
2 cups of tea with splenda (0 calories)
1 orange (45 calories)

Lunch:
Chicken Breast (284 calories)
Pasta sauce (90 calories)
Black olives (35)
¼ Cup noodles (60 calories)

Snack:
Coffee with Creamer (50 calories)

Dinner:
1 cup brown rice (218 calories)
2 pieces of steamed Tilapia (290 calories)
1 cup mixed veggies (90 calories)

Snack:
Hard boiled egg with salt (78 calories)

I'm trying very hard to stay on track and not purge.. so I'm hoping that by posting my meals will help me!!
 
breakfast - banana and yogurt
lunch - lean cuisine meal
dinner - southwestern burger (recipe is https://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/southwestern_beef_bean_burger_wraps.html and it's soooo good. I leave off the wrap and just do the burger with the guacamole and some sour cream on top and eat it with a fork...MMMMMMM! I also use ground turkey instead of beef)

I'm going to splurge today and make sausage and cream cheese stuffed jalepenos. I saw the recipe and it looked so good I have to try it :)

Chocolate cheese cake brownie

Last weekend of being bad cus DH wants to lose weight in jan haha x
