What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

Yesterday I had:

Breakfast: Two slices of bread with two grilled bacon and a fried egg
Dinner: A packet of quavers and a coconut bar
Snacks: An apple
Tea: We went to nandos and I had a quarter chicken with chips and corn on the cob and we went to Fredericks ice cream parlour for desert.. I had two scoops.. one cappucino and one toffee :blush:
 
So far today i have had

Two slices of toast with peanut butter and chopped banana
Half an oat bar and two satsumas
Two slices of ham, moz and olive pizza with loadsmof spinach, tomato, cucumber and balsamic
Small piece of rocky road

No idea what i fancy for dinner at the moment.
 
Today I ve had :
Two slices Granary toast and banana
Cheese and cucumber sandwich and yoghurt
Quorn fillet, mash, veg
 
It's still early AM for me right now- 10:19am

For breakfast I had scrambled eggs, two pieces of toast and a glass of milk.

I'll be munching some fresh made banana bread in a little bit! :D
 
breakfast:
greek yogurt & bran: 250 c.

AM snack:
apple: 90 c.

Lunch:
turkey, asparagus wrap (half portion): 70 c.
raw carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, greens: 50 c.
dressing: 100 c.
mini cookie: 40 c.

PM snack:
decaf latte: 140 c.
peanut butter m&ms: 240 c.

Dinner:
turkey, asparagus wrap (other half): 70 c.
carrots/tomatoes: 40 c.

this is just my frame work. I hope to get in around 1400-1500 calories daily.

areas of improvement:
more water!!!
limit gum and empty calories (i tend to hit the sugary stuff at night.)
 
Today ive hardly ate

Apple
Cup cakes
Mc Donalds Buger and chips and nuggets and strawberry milkshake
im still hungry

I've eaten far too much all day today, culminating in a massive Indian takeaway with popadoms, naan, baajis... The full works. I'll have a better day tomorrow.
 
I had an egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast and 3 oranges since then (not all at once). It's almost 4pm here. I'm hungry but not for anything that I have available at work...:nope:
 
for breakfast I had a bowl of honey nut cheerios and a cup of coffee

for lunch I had a sandwich with procutto and provolone cheese

then I had 4 glazed doughnut holes

and 3 tangerines

for dinner I am making fried breaded chicken thighs with plum sause and salad

and for after dinner I will probably have some cookies and milk and more tangerines

and water all day long

WAY too much today :( I am embarrassed to even list it but I hope tomorrow will be better.
 
Oatmeal, decaf chai tea, small all-fruit Jamba juice (smoothie), miso soup with soy pieces, some questionable strawberries, half a cup of rice milk chocolate ice cream, a bit of pizza from last night (about a fourth of a slice--just a few bites, and I picked off the Daiya) and handful of peanuts. Basically little meals, one right after the other...
 
Super busy today, so my diet was kind of haphazard...

Oatmeal
Granola bar
Bagel with cream cheese
Mixed green salad
Yogurt with Cheerios
Meatball sub on whole wheat

okay I have been pigging out today so far:
2 English muffins + 2 strips bacon for breakfast
2 slices dominos pizza(pepperoni)+ half bread bowl pasta(chicken alfredo)
2 chicken selects + french fries
1 fruit cup
chex mix
1 cup hot chocolate
small piece of raspberry danish
ugh i feel like after reading that I ate horrible today haha at least I also drank 2 liters of water

Breakfast: Croissant

Lunch: Toast with butter and jam

Snack: Fruit and berry smoothie and later chicken flavoured Super Noodles

Dinner: Gnocchi with Parmesan.

Today: Nothing yet

I don't seem to be eating all that much and yet I feel like a beached wale :(
 
Breakfast: fruit with yoghurt and muesli, orange juice
Post workout: protein bar
Lunch: 1 slice granary toast with light spread and houmous, gherkins, a slice of cheese, peanut butter and some grapes
Snack: grapes and a satsuma
Dinner (later): griddled salmon with spinach, broccoli and olive and grape salsa (I am a bit obsessed with grapes at the mo)

Does anyone know whether pickled onions and gherkins count towards 5 a day?

Edit: ended up not having salmon, as the only things I fancied were grapes and pickled onions. So just nibbled at those instead.

Breakfast: Croissant and a Starbucks grande skinny decaf cappuccino

Lunch: 2 pieces of toast with a bit of butter and jam

Snacks: Grapes and a banana

Dinner will be: Coq au Vin which is simmering on the hob and making my mouth water with the delicious smell! Can't wait!
 
Today I ate really badly...

Breakfast started off good, fruit & fibre cereal and toast with mashed banana

Lunch was a chicken burger with chips

Dinner was a slice of buttered bread, a chocolate brownie and three pieces of shortbread

I've been really bad today, haven't really felt like eating.

Breakfast was some Pringles, and then a bowl of Rice Krispies.
Then around lunch time I ate some shredded wheat and some Chocolate Gateaux.
