mini-chocolate pudding cup with 2 dozen reeses pieces
1 small brownie square

Drink:
1 liter water
1 glass cranberry/seltzer
 
2 toasted cheese and marmite sandwiches
2 pieces of short bread
1 punnet of strawberries
roast dinner
1 "fun sized" pack of haribo
 
Breakfast
Oatmeal with banana slices

Morning snack
Mozzarella cheese stick

Lunch
Cheddar and roast beef sandwich
Mixed green salad

Afternoon Snack
Fiber One bar
Tangerine

Dinner
Homemade nachos with ground turkey and fresh guacamole! :happydance:

??? Probably just a banana or some yogurt.

Chicken in sauce Roast potatoes and heaps of vegs for Dinner\Lunch.
Plate of fruit (Banana Apple Orange) for evening snack.
A few roses chocolates from the tin.

ranch dressing (100 calories)

Snack:
Salmon (150 calories)
Hot Cocoa (110 calories)
5 strawberries (12 calories)
Orange (25 calories)

Dinner:
¾ c. of steamed brown rice (163 calories)
½ c. veggies (60 calories)
½ c. fat free cottage cheese (50 calories)
½ c. crushed pineapple (50 calories)

Snack:
2 bowls dry Special K cereal- (220 calories)

I ended up throwing up the cereal and most of my dinner, so I don't know if those calories count! =( I almost made it an entire day without purging.. hopefully tomorrow goes better. I ended up running for 30 minutes to make up for the extra calories... ugh!

I know I'm posting two days in a row... but I'm super excited that I didn't purge today and had to post (even if I was the last one to post yesterday.. =) I'm really hoping that by having this thread to be accountable to, I will be able to get my bulimia under control!

Grapefruit (120 calories)

Lunch:
1/4 cheeseburger with mushrooms & onions
1 c. peas
5 tator tots
(600?? total??)

Dinner:
2 servings of strawberry smoothie (300 calories)

Snack:
Chicken broth (10 calories)
½ c. carrots (30 calories)
¼ c. rice (50 calories)

Exercise: 20 minutes
Total: 1160

Dinner: grilled chicken breast, bakes potato and salad
 
I had a kind of naughty day today because we had friends over to watch the Rose Bowl (big sporting event) and OH wanted to order pizza. It sure was yummy though!

I'm jealous. I need wheat grass and spirulina. I have been taking chlorella in my green smoothies but wheat grass is better. :) do you grow your own?
