Breakfast - A pancake with choclate spread (heaven!) and a cup of tea. (pancakes made using milk, flour and 1 egg)
Lunch - Last nights left over homemade stew and some brown crusty bread and a glass of pure orange juice with bits
Snack - Grapes and an Activia strawberry greek yoghurt
Its now 3pm and we're out for tea tonight at a pub for my nan's birthday so I'll probably have something unhealthy
but I won't feel bad or guilty as todays been a pretty healthy day for me!
