What did you eat today? (second trimester edition)

Breakfast - A pancake with choclate spread (heaven!) and a cup of tea. (pancakes made using milk, flour and 1 egg)

Lunch - Last nights left over homemade stew and some brown crusty bread and a glass of pure orange juice with bits

Snack - Grapes and an Activia strawberry greek yoghurt

Its now 3pm and we're out for tea tonight at a pub for my nan's birthday so I'll probably have something unhealthy :haha: but I won't feel bad or guilty as todays been a pretty healthy day for me! :)
 
Plan for today!

Breakfast
Oatmeal with light soy milk and dried cranberries

Morning Snacks
Low-fat mozzarella cheese stick
1/2 onion bagel with cream cheese

Lunch
Scrambled egg whites
Toasted English muffin with margarine

Afternoon Snacks
Whole grain waffle with slice of cheddar cheese
100-cal pack of cookies

Dinner
Mixed green salad with raspberry vinaigrette
Leftover lentil and ham soup

Evening Snacks
Apple slices
Granola bar
 
Breakfast: Banana, Handful of Goldfish Crackers
Snack: Greek Yogurt, clementines
Lunch: Turkey and Sharp Cheddar Cheese on 12 Grain Bread, granola bar, milk

Morning Snacks
Whole grain waffle with slice of cheddar cheese
100-cal pack cheese crackers

Lunch
Mixed green salad with croutons and raspberry vinaigrette

Afternoon Snacks
English muffin with garlic-herb cheese spread

Dinner
Turkey, bacon and avocado sandwich on onion bread :happydance:

Evening Snacks
Bowl of cereal with light vanilla soy milk
Fuji apple slices
 
Porridge breakfast

Sushi X6 at 10:30

2 hot cross buns lunch

Crackers and cheese and tomato and avocado at 4pm

Salmon and salad for dinner

Watermelon dessert
 
Yesterday I had:

Breakfast:
A fresh-squeezed juice smoothie
A Chili dog (homemade chili and chicken hot dog)

Lunch:
Bowl of homemade Chili with cheese and crushed fritos on top

Snack:
1 Piece of dark chocolate
Few prunes and dried aprocots

Dinner:
1 Piece of Dominos Pepperoni pizza

Desert:
A Snickers
 
Dinner.
A glass of smoothie, bag of crisps and a tuna sarnie.

Snacks.
Another glass of smoothie.

Tea.
Fajitas with wedges
 
Been a bit naughty today.....but at least i can eat now lol

Didnt have breakfast but had an earlyish lunch

Red thai sandwiches, chocolate doughnut with cream & cup of tea,

a raison yorkie,

dinner was lasange, garlic bread & salad then a strawberry yoghurt

3 bottles water

After reading people's post I am
Seriously worried about my intake! Since being pregnant I have lost alot of my appetite! Although I was slightly overweight anyway!

Breakfast
2 crumpets with butter and marmite

Lunch
1 spring roll

Dinner
I scone with butter and cheese

I have had 2 coffees with 3digestive biscuits in total! Alittle bit of fresh pineapple, I literally nibble when I feel hungry! But can't stomach anything alot!

Should I worry about my baby?

So far i have eaten

breakfast: 2 eggs on 2 pieces of wholewheat toast
lunch: a pb and j sandwich on wholewheat, glass of milk and a banana
snack: apricot and apple slices
tea: baked salmon, potatoes, corn on the cob and salad
dessert: big piece of chocolate cake
 
So far today:

Breakfast: tea and toast with cheese and egg

Lunch: 2 bottles of orange juice - scan day today :blush:

Dinner: Terriyaki Experience noodles with veggies and shrimp

Will probably have a salad later on and something sweet :winkwink:
 
3 spoons of porridge (yeah not alot i'm starting insulin tuesday so i can eat more lol)
half an egg salad sandwich
small amount of shepherds pie
half a slice of toast with cheese

Morning Snack

Medium apple

Lunch
Turkey/avocado sub

Afternoon Snack
Bowl of cereal with soy milk
Handful of trail mix

Spaghetti with tomato sauce and ground turkey
 
I'm too embarrassed to post here today!! I'm an endless pit today!!!!!!

Will try to do better tomorrow!

At least most of what I consumed was fruits and veggies.. just practically my own weight in them! Yikes!

Piece of homemade shortcake with strawberries and whip cream

Snack:
2 large shell noodles stuffed with Spinach, cheese, and marinara sauce
A few prunes

Lunch:
5 large shell noodles stuffed with Spinach, cheese, and marinara sauce

Snack:
Yogurt
Handful of pistachios
a few dried apricots

Dinner:
Medium Roast Beef sandwich from Arby's
Some Arby's curly fries
 
Breakfast: Small bowl of Rice krispies

Dinner: Turkey and Beef Carvery

Tea: Pitta bread with salad grilled chicken and lamb
