Hiya...
So straight to the point.... I'm always spot on for af on cd28... I have a 13lp and ovulated bang on time as always... (we've been trying for a while now) its now cd31... No af but bfn again today!! I have been feeling sick all day everyday since 2dpo my boobs have slowly gotten bigger and omg they ache... I have very prominent blue veins on them and round my nipples which are so sore I could cry!! I have had mild cramps for last few days like af is on her way but nothing!! I have creamy lotion like cm and my cervix is high... I cant even reach it!! Its like its vanished!!
Do you think I could be or have I conned my body into thinking I am??
So confused.... 😒
I really would love this to be our month... I don't think I could take the look on OH face if I have to tell him again that its not xx

I posted this a couple of years ago when I was ttc first time round:

I found this post and found it super informative. I love how she broke this down for all of you that AREN'T getting BFP at 10 dpo.

hCG doubles every 48 hours. You can have a level of 1 - 5 in a non pregnant state.

Implantation could belater than you think.

If a woman implants at 8dpo, with a 'non pregnant' hCG level of 1 [Which is totally normal] it would rise as follows

8dpo - 1miu hcg
10dpo - 2miu
12dpo - 4miu
14dpo [Day AF is typically due] - 8miu
16dpo - 16miu

So this lady wouldn't finnd out until 15dpo on a very senstive 10miu pregnancy test, superdrug own or possibly asda own. Obviously if she implants LATER than 8dpo [which is normal] she will find out even later.

Now, Take a lady who implants at 8dpo, But has a'Non pregnant' hCG level of 5. Hers looks like this;

8dpo - 5miu
10dpo- 10miu - Could find out here on superdrug own, internet cheapie
12dpo - 20miu - Could find out here with freedom cheapie strip/most poundland tests and asda own]
14dpo - 40miu [day period is typically due] Most tests would pick it up here

So, This lady, Even though implantation is on the same say for both ladies, Can find out MUCH sooner. Now, If this lady were to implant at 6dpo she could potentially find out at just 8dpo. But if the first lady were to implant at 12dpo, She would find out even later, Even if they have the same cycle and OV days!

Some people take a while to get enough hcg in their urine to detect. Your not out yet x

Thanks for the replies.. I've used a cheap one that was bfn then used frer that was bfn and I just tried a cblue n that was bfn too 😡 trying to stay hopeful as I have never ever been late before.... Not even a day!! I guess I will just have to go with it n be patient!! Although easier said than done lol xx I literally have everything crossed!! Sorry you're in limbo hun, it sucks.. I'll wait it out with you if you want, you're right you're not out till af shows And symptoms sound really promising. I didn't test till 5 days late with my little girl and it was quite a faint line, don't think it would have shown up very early and the pregnancy was perfect.
Keeping everything crossed this is your time X

I had similar symptoms before I got my BFP. My nipples were sensitive, my boobs looked a lot bigger and hurt on the sides, I had twinges on both sides of my abdomen, and I was nauseous on and off throughout the day a week or so before I peed on a stick lol. Good luck to you and I hope you get a BFP!!

Thanks mummafrog... I was going to wait to test again for a few days but if af still not shown up I know I wont be able to resist doing another when I wake up in the morning xx

Yeah I wouldn't be able to resist either how are you feeling this evening? I have had a late period and been so sure before, it's maddening! It can go either way but at least you have something to be excited and anxious about this month rather than boring af being boring and on time kidding x

Feel shattered.. If af is gonna come just wish it would so I can get on with it... Haven't had a drink all over Christmas or new year just incase lol lol and if af comes in having a belated celebration.....😉
Feeling really restless tonight.. Can't get comfy.. And my bbs feel like they have lead weights attached to them.. Xx

Awh bless your heart... those are good symptoms. I think you can dream up a LOT of the symptoms, nausea, headaches, cramps etc but really sore breasts is pretty hard to make happen with your mind haha. Have you had that before around af?
I'm good hunny, got a cough, blegh, but happy as can be. Me and the hubby-to-be-in-Feb(!!! ) got the flat nice and tidy and clean tonight while our 6 month old slept which is always a good feeling, I need a tidy house to feel happy.

Bit freaked out though because last night had a total mishap.. I came off the pill about 3 weeks ago because it's making me feel rubbish and yesterday I was having crazy ov symptoms like a ridiculous amount of ewcm.. and I was very aroused (my usual ov symptoms) any way me and the hubby were so happy to have time to be intimate that we forgot condoms and so I'm starting the TWW as well I would adooore to have another baby now, but we shouldn't really because of studying and things so yeah... just thought I'd get all that out as we're chatting xx

Wow you sound like you've got so much going on babe.. I'm sure with such a supportive hubby you can manage n balance everything out.. Xx two little beauty's so close together would be so much fun.. How long were you back on the pill for?..
As for me af reared its ugly head early hours this morning 😭 . Gutted is a complete understatement but onwards n upwards.. Maybe next month for us eh!! OHs little face when I told him was heart breaking.. We were both so positive this time as I have never been late before!! But I will wait out your tww with you.. 🌠🌠 baby dust 🌠🌠..

Oh I'm so sorry it wasn't your month.. I know how awful and consuming the pain can be. I'm sorry your partner is having a difficult time too did you say you had been ttc for 10 cycles? You're still in the 'normal window' and hopefully just unlucky. It doesn't make it easier, nothing does I'm routing for new cycle to be the ONE x

Yeah.. but we're so strong we'll find a way and I can't deny it would be wonderful. I'm just going to enjoy this unexpected tww and have fun peeing on sticks for now, we'll sort it out if it happens xx

Been trying 12 cycles I think but only been monitoring etc the last 7.... My mum has hughs syndrome and lupus, I haven't been tested for either but starting to think I should.. My mum had multiple mc and a still birth before finally having my sister 15 years later!! So I think now us probably a good time to go seen as we have been trying with no luck xx

Awh darling.. if it has been a year you are entitled to help (well in the UK, not sure where you are), it is likely it's all still normal but if your mum had issues like that then I would agree it is worth starting to get some tests. Are you going to book an appointment soon? x

Yeh we will be.. Both calling to make appointments with doctors if next cycle is a no go! It took my mum ages to get the help she needed but now she is all diagnosed and sees a specialist in London it will make it easier for me to get the help I need if required.. She has an appointment there in a few weeks and is going to mention me to the specialist who is really interested in the fertility side of the illness... So maybe I will get a queue jump lol lol but either way one more go by ourselves first xx cant wait for your tww to be over.... 🌠 hope its a bfp for you xx
