Haha, has a nice ring to it...I'm not one for traditional names, but it does have a nice ring! Try calling it out in different types of voices and tones, to see if you could get used to it, lol.

I too am not one for traditional names but it does sound good! I agree with Braven05. Try calling the name out! My husband and I do it all the time to test out whether or not we like the name. Try calling out the entire name for full effect =)

Have you two started looking into boy names? For some reason I can't get my husband to like any boy names. We have a handful of girl names but no boy names as of yet. I have a bunch I love but he doesn't like any of them!

Haha, I posted this on another thread talking about names, but my OH is a big comic book nerd, and I've been pretty determined to get the names I want, lol. So I've told them to him and he's found a way to relate them back to *some* comic book character or something, so he's okay with them! My boys name is Grayson Eliam Allen and my girls name is Avery Joli Allen. Don't ask me what comic book characters, I've told him I don't want to know lol

Tried to find a full name with Bonni as a nickname. All I could find was Ebony and Bonita. Not sure if you like either of those?

and Mae was my dogs name!!

Im also not one for old fashion kind of names... but if you like it go for it...

My OH has already picked a name for a boy if we have one!! he refers to our 'one day to be born son' by the name all the time

Hmmm, I am not a fan of the name Bonnie either, it sounds very traditional and kind of old fashioned.... but it ultimatley is up to you guys what you pick out...

Me and DH cant agree on names either.... I have a huge like 5 page list saved on my computer of names. I want to name my child a unique name that has a meaning that I like. But nothing to weird where people will make fun of them.. or not a name that will cause them to get discriminated against either. hhmmmmm... it is a tuff one....

Honest opinion? It sounds a little hick to me. Not always a bad thing, but its so similar to Daisy Mae
I do love Mae (esp that spelling)
Bonnie might be a better middle name?
