what does implantation pain feel like?

Hi all ttc#3 what does implantation pain feel like its been a while since I was last pregnant x

I found it to be like period pains but maybe slightly more painful. I was convinced I was coming on my period and that it would be a bad one as the pains were worse and it was my first month of my pill but then hey presto i was pregnant

Yes I had that. I went to GP and he said i had swollen on the right side and thought it could be ectopic but sent me for a scan at 8 weeks and everything was fine. When can you test? Are you due AF

For me it felt like period pain. We had only just gone off the pill so wasn't expecting to be pregnant. I started feeling pains two days before my period was due and thought my period was coming early. Turns out it was implantation pain!!

Mine was different from period pain, although it is difficult to describe. It was like knitting needles prodding in my womb.

I remember a heavy, periody like feeling when my AF was due within a day or so but then nothing happened. I suppose that could have been implantation (the later stages as I know implantation would have commenced the weekend before - IVF pg so have exact timescales).

mine where that like dull ache like your AF is gona cum not sharp pains or anythign just that dull burn if you know what i mean x

I didn't feel implantation pain. However, I did have AF-like pain at 14dpo and that's definitely not implantation pain. I went through ICSI and can almost estimate that implantation happened at 6dpo. Didn't feel any pain, no spotting either.

Feels like period cramps.Mine hurt alot..it would also go from one side to another..I thought it was my period coming but nope, we found out a couple of days after that I was pregnant!!x

I remember I was carrying a basket of laundry upstairs and I had reached the bedroom when I had a horrible stitch like pain low down on my right side. I dropped the basket and kinda hunched over because it was the only way to make it feel better. That was about 2 days before I got my BFP, it was what made me test. Good luck.

Thanks Girls I've had the same sort of thing for three days. I only had coil removed a few weeks ago it was merina, I had no Periods so have no idea when to test have a few pregnancy symptoms so fingers crossed xx

i dont remember any pain at what would of been the time of implantation but i did have bad AF cramps the day i got my bfp and they were BAD, made me shoot up in bed lol. good luck hope u get your bfp

My implantation pain was painful, but it may be because my last menstrual cycle was feb 7, 2010. Then I got Opks on the 19th of June at night. It was positive. Anyways on the 30th of June, I was sitting in the car and in the middle like right above my pubic pone deep down inside I feel like horrible stabbing and twisting pains in one small area, I couldn't move for like 5 minutes, then 2 days later a faint line on hpt 3 days still faint 4 days darker line and digital bfp

I didn't know I was pregnant at the time...but I thought I was getting my period..I felt crampy and my body ached...just felt like that time of the month..then bam..I was pregnant..
