Obviously I'm not looking to wean my baby now, but am curious to know exactly what is meant by BLW. I'm trying to gain as much of understanding about weaning as possible, as time is going so fast.

    Thanks in advance ladies xx

It is Baby Led weaning, it means that you dont puree food or do the traditional sppon feeding and instead you let baby feed themselves. You can offer preloaded spoons so that baby is still in control. You basically just let baby eat what you are eating as long as its healthy and doesnt have too much salt.

Theres a couple of links which Im sure will explain it better than me. Theres also a really good book which will explain everything if you wanted to read further, its Baby led weaning by Gill Rapley :)
