I was on clomid this cycle and i had 2 mature follicles at 21mm and 23mm i take my trigger shot in the same day evening .. then next day felt a normal pain it was like i used to have during my natural ovulation .. then the next day which was 44 hours after the trigger i had a horrible pain in my right ovray i was sure that the 23mm follicle became a cyst then went to anthor doctor as it was Friday and my dr closed to make US and see whats going on he found only 1 follicle measuring about 13mm and nothing else does that mean i ovulated?? And what is the 13mm is it one from the 2 matures after rupture or what

Also we had bedding twice only one after the trigger with 15 hours and one after the trigger 42 hours thats before i had the horrible pain with 2 hours i wanted to bd again after the pain with 12 hours but we couldnt because my husband became sick so is that enough?
