what has the hairdresser done to my babies hair

My dd is 1 on sunday and shes always had thick curly hair, her fringe is sooo long ita in her eyes and she wouldnt keep clips or headbands in and when it was in her eyes she would get so upset i started brushing itto a side when wet etc to train itbut i decided it was time she had a quick fringe trim, well the hairdresser has actually given her a fringe and im now in tears. 12 month olds shouldnt have a fringe right? She looks like a 21yr old 😭😭

Aw I think it's cute! If my daughter had long hair which went past her eyes I would definitely get it cut in to a fringe just so she could see properly x

Ive got friends telling me they never got their dds hair cut till later,nearer 3 and just kept training it to a side but it wasnt working for my little one. Im thinking a side fringe type thing may have been better. I can not stop crying lol

She is so so cute! Loads of her friends will start getting fringes cut in the next few months. I think your dd seems like the only one because a lot of children don't have enough hair yet for a fringe! I cut my daughter a fringe at about 9 months because it would not stay out of her eyes and she couldn't keep clips in. The majority of girls at her nursery have fringes xx

My kids always had fringes as soon as they had enough hair If you want to grow it, just leave it, forget the trims?

I have to cut a fringe in for Dd whos just turned one. She won't keep clips, bobbles etc so it's only way to keep it out of her eyes.

My Mum said that when she was in hospital after having my brother, there was a baby girl who was born with such long hair that she had to have a fringe cut before she went home!

Ohhhhh she is so cute My boys have fringes sometimes depending on which stupid family member cuts their hair and I've seen some awful ones lol, but it's not the case for yours, your little one is sooooo terribly adorable . She looks just fine
