As the title says... hopefully this can help us all with some food ideas x
I started a diet today and was just coming on here to try and get some healthy food ideas so thanks for this thread,I will be watching.Today I had an apple for breakfast and ive got some ryvitas with tuna for lunch.Im dreading dinner time,I will be starving by then
So far today:
Breakfast- one weetabix with a tsp of brown sugar and 100ml of semi-skimmed milk.
One coffee with semi-skimmed milk
Five glasses of water so far.
Lunch- 10 mini breadsticks, 2 apples, 1 peach, some grapes and cherries.
Afternoon snack 3 satsumas
and for dinner I'm having a salmon fillet poached in lemon juice, 3 new potatoes, sugarsnaps, broccolli, 1/3 of a small tin of sweetcorn and 3 cherry tomatoes
breakfast: branflakes and a cup of tea
Mid Morn: Cup of tea, bannana.satsuma and weight watchers youghurt
Lunch: Few Light choices chips and ham sandwich with diet coke.
Dinner: Chicken Roast Dinner Loaded With Veg.
After all that i have 3 weight watchers points left so prob have a piece of toast hour before i go 2 bed.
so far ;
Borridge with a tsp jam and a turkey wholemeal sandwhich (so hungry after being up at 2-330am feeding Leo)
S:1 ice lolly pop
L(will most likely be): Chicken hot pot meal or chicken tikka diet meal.
OH gets home at 9pm so not sure bout dinner. I will most likely have lunch in about 2pm then a snack of a cup a soup at 5-6ish then meal with OH. Might make a turkey and bacon pasta bake
conflakes and a banana for breakfast
sea food salad for lunch
and i have a chicken casserole for dinner
with loads of veggies
and yoghurts and fruit for a snack
if i get hungry
So far Ive had:
A cheese and ham omelette
2 cups of coffee with skimmed milk
and will have tomato and herb cous cous for dinner with salad
