What is the best thing to take with clomid to help increase chances

Hey Ladies,

In your opinion is there anything that you can take with clomid to maybe help increase the chances of a BFP?

Im going to be taking my last cycle of clomid (days 5-9 150mg) starting on Wednesday the 18th, so just want to know some things people have tried that have been helpful to them.
