What is the best way you have found losing weight after a baby ?

Kina said:I lost the weight I put on afterwards quite easily and I am sure it's down to the breastfeeding. I lost quite a lot straight afterwards and in the first few weeks which I think was the fluid I'd gained, I did Weight Watchers for a few weeks and lost a stone, the remaining stone odd came off pretty easily. I think it was a combination of not eating so much, running around after Ella and breastfeeding which burns off quite a lot of calories. I've found this time I haven't eaten so much and haven't put on nearly as much weight the first time - whether it's because I'm expecting a different sex, who knows!

Have you been sicker second time round kina?

I put it down to it being the second pg and not being able to rest much but no, it was definately different. I had my suspicions it was a boy but didnt want to say too much as its all girls in my family and I didnt want people to think I was hankering for a boy when I wasnt really bothered.
