A couple of weeks ago I had this pain in my hip/bottom of my back area on the right side. It lasted for a few days, was difficult walking, going up and down the stairs and turning over in bed but dissapeared so I didn't think much of it.
Anyway it came back a few days ago and feels worse this time around. It's fine if i'm sitting still, only really hurts when I move and sometimes I feel a dull pain in my leg as well. Its a struggle carrying LO up and down the stairs and its a pain in the evenings just after LO has gone to bed as she tends to wake a few times before settling properly and I'm up and down the stairs. I'm pretty sure it's childbirth related as I've never had any problems like this before.
