What little things do your LOs like?

Like, a comforting thing, what do your little ones like you doing to them to send them into the land of nod??

I ask this, because Jacob falls asleep or relaxes when I, stroke his nose...

Theo likes either being bounced to sleep (either on me or OH or in his bouncer chair) or he likes to play with a label/rub it on his face!

Harriet likes getting under our duvet preferably on me holding my finger with one hand and the edge of my top/bra with the other hand so I can't go anywhere

morgan likes holding my phone when its on vibrate he use to love his head stroked but grown outa it

Bella loves snuggling right into my neck & she'll often fall asleep with her face on my chest with me patting her bum.

mikey likes me singing to him, he also likes to nuzzle into my neck or my boobs or holding him cradle style and smaking his bum bum lol.

alice loves her swing and will be asleep within a few mins in there. at night she has a light up seahorse with different sounds on. she also likes it when i stroke her head.

Abigail tends to settle herselt to sleep, but she likes to suck on her fists, and she does it sooooo loudly, it sounds like a slobering dog or something! She also does it at night when she wakes up sometimes and it wakes me up too!

It depends on Megan's mood.... she generally goes to sleep herself with swaddle & lullabies and dummy. For getting her to that sleepy point she loves to have her hair brushed.. well her head - she doesnt really have much hair! LOL She also likes to snuggle with a little soft blankie we got her so I'll rub it on her cheek as she holds it. If she is upset and overtired she likes to be bounced while lying sideways with her head tucked in the crook of my arm in the total dark or with a light cloth or blanket draped over my shoulder covering her face.

Jamie likes to suck my pinkie at night, cant wait till he sucks his own thumb lol

during the day it is car seat, pram or sling any out door activity I get no housework done!!!!

Oliver likes it if you stoke his head but most of the time he will settle himself in his moses basket.

River settles herself 99% of the time but if she is overtired she liked to lay with me and stroke my face while cooing until she falls asleep

Laila settles herself, always puts her hands together (like shes praying) and puts them up over her nose.. it's sooo cute.. x

Omar usually settles himself. But sometimes he won't settle unless he's holdning my hand & playing with my fingers

Mylo likes it when I sing softly to him. He also comforts himself by playing with his ear cos I used to stroke near there alot when he was first born until he was a few weeks old!
He likes to fall asleep being held if hes cranky, but this isnt very good practice for my attempting him to settle himself snd sleep longer in the night!

Awww I wish LO would get under the duvet with me, but he hates

I sing 'let it snow' all the time to LO, and the alphabet song - and they always raise a smile! Rubbing the top of his nose always soothes him too..

Ellie love being bounced UP and DOWN, UP and DOWN. But my arms get so tired, my fault for bouncing on a birth ball for sooo long,hehe.
She loves the sound of a hair dryer, so if she is over tired and cant get herself off to sleep this is my secrete weapon xx
