What prenatal vitamins help conceive?

    If any? I just ordered Right Step prenatal with Folic Acid and Iron so let me know if you have any helpful tips! Thanks girls

    I'm not really sure but I will be stalking this thread so I can know! I'm taking nature valley prenatal vitamins from Walmart and taking a good multi vitamin with it too :thumbup:

    I'm taking Nature Valley Prenatal with DHA and did the same with my DS

    They won't help you conceive, but they will give you a good start when you get pregnant:thumbup: I had to stop taking them when I got pregnant because they made me feel sick, so I would just take folic acid.

    With my last 2 pregnancies well when we were TTC I was taking the Nature Valley Prenatals from Walmart and am taking them this time again too!!! (Mine this time say Spring Valley)

    evening primrose oil is meant to help give the sperm a happier and easier environment to move through but only take upto ov xx
