What pushchairs are you all getting?

My dad is buying my pushchair for me and I have to be pretty much decided by thursday..... The two I like are the silvercross surf in chilli and the icandy peach. Both quite expensive dont know if he will want to pay that much
(not that he cant afford it hes on mega bucks but I dont get to touch it so maybe its time I took advantage LOL)
Dont wanna be cheeky but havent seen much I like thats cheaper! Any ideas ladies, what prams are you all getting?

We've already bought ours, it's a bit early still, but it was half price and we couldn't pass the offer up! We have the Silvercross Linear Freeway. I love it, it's so versatile!

If I had someone who was going to buy me an icandy I'd take them up on it! I'd definitely pick that over the surf, although the surf does look nice to be fair.

However, if you want to look in the cheaper price range, or if your dad isn't going to fork out 900 quid for an Icandy, how about a Mothercare spin or a Graco symbio? The Obaby zezu also seems very good value for the price and is quite good looking, although not as nice as the Icandy of course, or the Surf. but with those two you are paying a lot of money for the fancy brand name.

I think the best thing to do is to find out your budget that you need to stick to first so you can make realistic choices.

I looked into the zezu but was put off by big wheels gonna go for graco symbio there's an offer on in Smyths toys at the minute full system for £350! I love the fact it's so light and as I'm quiet little need something I can pack away easily on my own. Both iCandy and surf are lovely however I couldn't justify paying near enough 900 quid for a pram and i think the surf looks a lot nicer too!

I've got the symbio, I got it for £299 from Kiddicare but that didn't include the carseat, so yours sounds like an excellent deal.
however, there is a new Symbio B model out where the seat transforms into a carrycot so you don't need a separate carrycot. Might be worth considering. I like having the separate carrycot though, can use it for naps indoors!

We went for the maxi cosi streety travel set plus carry cot. Comes with car seat, push chair, footmuff...and the carry cot can be put on the push chair so can be used from birth.

All of it goes for about €600 in the shop, but we got it for about 200€ brand new from eBay. We needed something that would fit into the back of my smart car, and this was ideal.

It's easy enough, you just click them in and they lift out in an easy motion.
Also you don't need to change them around much as the carrycot is suitable from 0-6 months and the pushchair unit is suitable from about 6 months to 3 years. So you'd just keep the carrycot on (or use the carseat when on a short trip) until you got to the point where the baby outgrows it.
