What to buy a 2yr old?

Well, she'll nearly be 2. We're getting her a big kitchen and a shopping trolley with plastic food as she loves playing with those at toddler group and apart from some books, I haven't a clue what else to get? It's also her birthday less than 2wks later and we're clueless for that too

Ahhh Chloe is big into her role play at the moment too!
How about a shopping till, Chloe got the ELC one for her second birthday and she literally plays with it everyday. We took the coins off her at first but now shes old enough to know not to put them in her mouth but she loves it!
She also loves her keyboard and microphone set.
Apart from that its dollys, dollys and more dollys - shes such a girlie girl.

We're planning on a play kitchen and shopping trolley, musical keyboard, clothes and little bits like floor jigsaw, aquadraw and books x

oh and also a remote control car (its by chicco, made for toddlers) as shes so into cars... like you though her birthday is so soon after christmas not sure we'll know what to get her, probably a slide for the summer and some fancy dress bits? xx

She's got a till cash register we bought it last week, she's had a slide and keyboard for a few months now so hence why I'm stuck

Think I'll go to toy car, books, clothes etc

we're in the same boat, Harrie's bday is 4 weeks after xmas!

We've also got her a kitchen, my mum has got her a till, trolley and basket
and we've asked family to get her some play food, Happyland things, mega blocks, bath toys and clothes!

She has an amazing imagination so i dont really want to overload her with toys - and plus i think there will be some cool stuff in the sale for her bday!

Same here, my daughter is 2 a week after Christmas, She also loves her roleplay.

I have got her a pram set, doll and accessories, a toy hoover, dressy upsy daisy, books, colouring books, magic painting books, vtech dr alfie, leapfrog leaptop. Just ordered a tomy colour doodle.
Going to get her a wendy house, shopping trolly, food etc

My parents have got her some happyland stuff and I am now deciding whether to order the boot and toadstall from mothercare that is half price at the mo
