Hiya ladies,

Got myself in a bit of a tizz this evening. I was jogging on the treadmill, and suddenly felt a little trickle of liquid between my legs, which definitely wasn't wee. I rushed to the loo to check, and there was quite a lot of creamy discharge (sorry TMI). So I assumed it was just stuff being jiggled out of me by running.

But then tonight I've noticed quite regular and strong BHs. They were about 5 minutes apart, but now I've sat down and relaxed they've lessened and become weaker. But because of those, it's made me worry about the earlier incident and wonder if it might have been a rupture to my waters.

Now I'm stressed and don't know what to do. What do you ladies think?

Thanks for your help
Xx

Could you ring your MW? Maybe they could let you know if it is or isn't your waters? I would have thought that if it was your waters, and if you put on a pad and left it for a while you would lose some more. Have you had any more leakage since???

No, no more since. And the BHs are definitely subsiding.

When my water broke with my DD at 38 weeks, it was a frequent leaking of fluid. It would happen when I would stand up. If you are continuing to notice more discharge than normal then I would get it checked out!
