I'm really struggling for ideas on what to get Jayden! o/h just says well he won't know any different, but i will! I've got him a 'cry baby timmy' so far, what on earth can i buy a 4 month old? lol,. he's getting on for 18lb now so i think by crimbo he won't be able to get much use out of a jumperoo as they say up to 25lb!

i reckon a jumperoo is still a good idea, they are really good and i loved leylas when she would sit in it cos i could go and do other stuff for a minute, knowing she was safe, also, leyla is nearly 2 now and still fits in her jumperoo weightwise, their weightgain slows down quite a lot by that age

im getting naomie stuff like clothes, maybe some plates etc for when i start weaning her, few toys, but not much at all really, am counting next xmas as her first xmas cos she'll actually be able to get involved next yr, im counting this yr as leylas first proper xmas cos last year she was 11 months but just really didnt understand what was going on at all lol x

Kian will be just over 4 months and im gettin him a jumperoo and bumbo, some toys for 6 months plus which have noises and light up, clothes and I've also asked family for a highchair for when we start weaning xx

Harvey was 22lb the last time he was weighed at 1yr so you could still get lots of use from a Jumperoo.

Last year Harvey was 4 months and (as well as the Jumperoo) we got him things like clothes, bibs, bowls and spoons for when we were ready for weaning, sippy cups and some smaller toys for 6+ months. We didn't go mad though as he wouldn't know any different and he was spoiled by family and friends too. My mum bought him his highchair which was really handy.

a cheaper option than a jumperoo is a door bouncer? we have one for poppy, she loves it! u can pick one up for a tenner new. also a big space-saver! what about getting him something by lamaze? poppy ADORED her freddy firefly, best toy shes had yet! a teether, toothbrush (a bit premature but what the hey), stacking rings, a bath toy..? hope i helped!
