what to put in your baby bag?

I have packed babys bag and mine, im not worried about what I need but I am worried I dont have enough or left something out for him and I would hate to be stuck at hospital and he really needs something.

What should be packed? Help so worried.

As long as you have a hat, some clothes (vests and sleep suits) in a couple of sizes, nappies, cotton wool (and if youre not BFing, milk and bottles), these nothing much that is essential!

Cotton wool balls
Tissues and wet wipes
Nappies
Scratch mittens
Cardigans for baby
Socks
Sleepsuits
Baby vests
Baby hat
Baby blanket

Baby vests ( at least 3 or 4)
Baby sleep suits ( NB and 0-3 JUST in case, and at least three or four)
Muslins (not everyone sees these as important, but from having two already I found them incredibly useful for mopping up baby sick!!)
Hat
Blanket (for going home)
Nappy bags
Cardigan for going home
Scratch mitts perhaps.
Bottles and formula if you aren't BF

I'm also taking some baby nail clippers because my son was born with really long nails!

It might sound odd but check with your midwifes, here we only take what LO is wearing home (no nappies or clothes need for the hospital). I'm taking clothes tho due to being worried about the infections that plague our hospital. Xx

One newborn vest and babygro
One 0-3 vest and baby gro
Hat
Mittens
Nappies
Cotton Wool balls
Muslin cloths
Nappy cream
Antibacterial hand wash
Breast pads

A couple of the above could probably go in your own bag bit I've just popped them in with baby's things for now xx
