What was your baby's heartrate at or around 8 weeks? Do you believe in the theory?

My little ones headrests was 178bpm at 8 weeks exactly. The theory says a higher rate means girl. Do you believe this? With my son his was only 160 at 8 weeks.

With my daughter hers was 157 at 8 weeks, as for this one I'll find out tomorrow what the heartrate is

*edit* I forgot to answer your question. I don't really believe it, I've seen girls and boys have higher and lower and it doesn't really follow any pattern. I'll find out in August when I'm far enough along, until then I have no idea!

At 8w3d my lil beans heart rate was 174... But the lil one was moving all around... So i hear its not accurate because their heart rates increase and decrease with activity and at rest... But who knows
