Those are great! I’m surprised they’re doing so many betas. Everything is increasing as it should. Congrats!

thank you so much! I’m considered high risk due to medical history so she wants to take a lot of HCGs!

If the two times I've had betas drawn my results were as follows:

    Twins -
    13 dpo - 215
    15 dpo - 625

Current pregnancy (haven't had an ultrasound)
    13 dpo - 322
    16 dpo - 1699

Your numbers look amazing. Have you been to betabase.info to calculate your doubling time?

Edit: assuming your tests were done at the same time of day, the doubling time between your first two is 40 hours and between your second two is 37.

Oh gosh @NDH you still haven't had an u/s??! So there is still a possibility of twins do you think? I know it's your choice not to have one I just don't think I could stand the suspense haha :haha:

Yeah I'm not having one until 34 weeks so it's still a mystery! DH has a request in for identical boys :haha: it's probably just one but we could well be in for a surprise

I haven't felt enough body parts in there that make me think there is more than one, but it is still early enough that a second baby could be missed from palpating. In fact, in the days before ultrasounds I think twins were just as likely to be missed from palpating as they were to be found out before birth :haha:

@NDH wow that will be such a shock at 34 weeks if there is 2!! I'm guessing you have plenty of baby stuff anyway though so wouldn't need to panic buy extra stuff?
    Why 34 weeks btw?

We've had an international move since my twins were born so we have little in the way of baby stuff. But we live in an RV and are very minimal for baby stuff anyway.

I choose a scan at 34 weeks cause it eliminates the chance of being diagnosed with a previa that will move but need to be rescanned. But it still gives time to prepare for any issues that would require transfer to a level 4 NICU
